Please be aware that artwork colours may vary depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment
All sales are final, and full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

We accept payment through secure third-party platforms, PayPal, and other listed providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery will be organised once full payment is received.
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Timeframes will depending on the destination and the product ordered. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and delays can occur, especially during busy periods or due to external factors.

International shipping: customs charges, import taxes may apply and are not included in you purchase - please check before purchasing any item.

We are not responsible for delays caused by any delivery parties.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the damage and packaging.

We will discuss solutions.

All artwork remains the copyright of Sandra van Doorn and may not be reproduced without permission.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, prints, images, text, logos, branding elements, photos and other content displayed on this website (collectively referred to as “Content”) are the sole property of Sandra van Doorn and are protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Ownership
All artworks featured on this site in any form remain the intellectual property of Sandra van Doorn, even after purchase. Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the image for commercial purposes.

You may not, under any circumstances and without written permission by Sandra van Doorn:

  • Copy, download, screenshot, save, reproduce or distribute any artwork or images from this website

  • Use images of artworks on social media, websites, or marketing materials without proper credit

  • Alter, manipulate, or create derivative works based on any artwork 

  • Reproduce artworks for resale, licensing, or product development (such as stationary, textile, or advertising, etc.) without a licensing agreement​

 

Personal Use

​Sharing images for non-commercial, personal enjoyment is expected — but please provide proper credit to Sandra van Doorn.

Do not crop out signatures or watermarks, misrepresent the work as your own, or use it in a way that devalues the original artwork.

Licensing & Reproduction Requests
If you are interested in licensing an image for use (e.g. for editorial, publication, commercial project, collaboration, or event), please contact Sandra directly at hello@sandravandoorn.art to discuss terms and permissions. All licensing is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Legal Action
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of Sandra van Doorn's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. We monitor for image misuse online and offline, and pursue violations as needed to protect the integrity and value of Sandra's creative work.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage caused by your use of this website or any products purchased from it.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
